Program. Gillware Data Recovery (“Gillware”) sends text messages to customers about their own inquiry or data recovery service request. These are one-to-one messages tied to your request, such as asking you to confirm, or reply with, the name, email address or mailing address you gave us on a phone call. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Consent. You receive texts only if you agree during a phone call with Gillware, and only at the mobile number you confirm on that call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service; if you decline, we take your details by voice instead.

Frequency. Message frequency varies, typically one to three messages per call.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Stop. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send no further texts.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 877-624-7206.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
