What we send. If you agree during a phone call with Gillware Data Recovery, we may send you text messages about your own inquiry or service request, such as a message asking you to confirm or reply with the name, email address or mailing address you gave us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies, typically one to three messages per call. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in. We text only callers who agree to it during the call, and only to the mobile number they confirm. If you do not agree, we take your details by voice and send nothing.

How we collect and store your phone number. We receive your phone number when you call us, or when you give it to us on the call, in a form, or by email. We store it with your service request in our secured customer records, and use it only to contact you about that request and to keep a record of the messages we exchange.

Opting out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE), and we will send no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 877-624-7206.

No sharing. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, your text messaging consent or the content of your messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide and support our services, as described in this policy.
