Gillware’s Levels of Service

Every data recovery case is unique. We see clients from all walks of life and all sorts of data that needs to be recovered. This ranges from personal documents and files such as family photos and videos, to financial documents and records for small businesses, to mission-critical data from crashed enterprise servers.

Depending on your situation, you might have a tight deadline to get your data back.

We understand. That’s why we offer our Standard level of data recovery services as well as expedited Priority service for clients who need their data back ASAP.

Here at Gillware, we offer 2 levels of service: Standard and Priority.

Standard Service

Evaluation time (single-drive cases): 1 – 2 business days
Total case time: 6 – 10 business days
No additional cost to recovery price

Priority Service

Evaluation time (single-drive cases): 1 – 2 hours
Total case time: 1-2 business days
Additional fee added to recovery price, based on number of drives/devices submitted for recovery
