If this is during business hours (7AMCST-7PMCST M-F) the technical advisor will typically call within 15 minutes. If this is outside of business hours and not a business-related emergency, the tech advisor will likely call early the next business day. If the client is in the continental US, we will ship in the equipment for free via UPS Ground. Our engineers will evaluate the equipment and situation for free and give our clients a call with a firm price quote. If the quote is approved, we will define a short list of recovery goals that must be achieved. Only in the situation where our client approves a quote and we meet all the goals of the recovery do our clients pay us.
