For the larger enterprise, our Premier package gives you the support of our Incident Response team within a few hours after suspecting or identifying an incident. You also gain access to our Cyber Risk Management team to improve your cybersecurity posture overall.

For the Advantage and Premier packages:

Up to 50 percent of unused hours can be redeemed for proactive cyber risk management services such as tabletop trainings, penetration tests, phishing training and employee testing, facilitated backup tests, etc.

When an incident occurs the hours allotted may be specifically designated for full restoration or for the investigation of root cause and compromise at the client’s discretion.
