Dear Gillware Team,
In early August, after saving up for months, I finally set off on my well-earned, two week vacation to the UK. I was crazy-excited and why should I be? I'd been planning this for ages and I was going to stay with a close friend and another one of my really close friends was flying in on vacation too. Everything went off perfectly and I got back to the United States (despite the crazy stuff at all airports along the way).
I'd carried my laptop on the trip and every night my friend Nadia and I would empty our digicams onto the hard disk to make way for more great pictures. I came home relaxed and refreshed... but that feeling lasted exactly a week. On the Friday of the same weekend I was to cut CDs for Nadia and my hard drive crashed! I was distraught - could the timing have been any worse? I officially went into depression when Best Buy told me the drive wasn't spinning and they couldn't do anything about it. My online research revealed firms that charged exhorbitant rates just to look at the drive! Through all of these firms, Gillware stood out as
easily the only option I would even consider... I sent my drive in and on the second Friday after my disk died on me, I received 6 DVDs with not only my precious pictures but all the other stuff I had on my computer.
I was ecstatic and my gratitude increased when I realized that I hadn't even SEEN half the London pictures before I lost them all! I've shared one of my favorites with you.
A heart felt thank you, Gillware... and keep up the great work.
