Hi there,
I have all (I mean 100%, and usable) data recovered by you guys last month and I am touched with your great quality of service and I want to say thank again one more time.
It wasn't my first time that my HDD crashed, the only difference is that I got everything back this time and the cost is very reasonable for non-profit making data on that hard drive but extremely valuable for me.
My first time I paid for zero data back and I'm withholding the name of that company as a secret.
Even when I discovered that my files/folders that were saved in my native Thai wasn't actually copied back to me, you guys are kind enough to apologize and offer overnight shipping back and forth to cover the cost of resending the good hard drive to have them copied (thank god that you kept my archive folders).
Honestly, I already gave up those part and swore not to save anything in Thai again. When I got those back, I got tears of joy.
I attached this panorama picture, it's one of many gazillion files that recovered by Gillware.
It's meaningful for me because I'll be in Boston for only this year and I will not have another chance to take this picture with fall foliage background again (will relocate back to Thailand in June).
I was also planning to have this print out and give it to my colleagues I work with here. Obviously, won't be able to do it if I didn't get this back again.
